I love hiking in these boots, they are so comfortable and supportive. I felt like they gave me a pretty secure fit, although I do have wider feet and ankles than a lot of people do. The laces were also really long so I was able to tie them tight enough to keep out of the dirt without any problem whatsoever.

The tread on the bottom was so nice that it was one of the best grips I ever experienced. They easily kept me from sliding or losing my footing on any uneven surfaces.
