I have both the Nike Metcon and the Nike Free. Both are good shoes, and fit slightly different. In my experience, Nike Free Crossfit shoes fit more narrow than the Metcon. However, don't get me wrong, if you've got a wide foot you won't have a problem with either of these shoes.
